The United Questers Constitution, as written by "Metal Man."



Section 1--Introduction

The United Questers are dedicated to protecting the various worlds of the multiverse, and hereby must adhere to regulations enclosed below. Amendments are to be set by popular vote, a 3/4 majority needed to pass such. Those who seek to destroy the union of this document and its organization will be dealt with as policy allows.


Section 2--Initiation

In order to join the group, one must posess simple reading and writing skills, and a capable electronic computing device. Here is the new system sheet, specifics will be coming soon. You get 70 points to spend on this:



Well, this may look very confusing, but I'll break it down. First, you have 70 points to spend. You must pick a type of HP dice. For the first level, you get the maximum amount of HP. For example, you pick d8, you get 8 HP for level 1. You also have to roll the amount online for each level beyond the first, but made sure to add CON modifier. So, if you have a CON bonus of 1, you get +1. So, you pick d8 to start, and that plus CON equals 9. When rolling for the levels pasts that, you add the CON to the roll.


Now, to make sense of those numbers. HP dice come in d4, d6. d8, d10, and d12. You get d4 HP for free, but the others cost more, as they are upgrades. d6 costs 2 points, d8 costs 4 points, d10 costs 8 points, and d12 costs 16 points. Later in character creation, you can buy 1 more point of HP with 2 character points.
Next, we have MP. Use the INT modifier to add bonuses to the MP. You, once again, get the maximum amount + INT mod when you join. For example, d4, you get 4 + INT mode for level 1, then to roll, you do d4+INT MOD. d4 MP costs 2 points, d6 costs 4 points, d8 costs 8 points, d10 costs 16 points, and d12 costs 32 points. SP is exactly the same, except use the CON bonus instead. Now, we get the the bread-and-butter.
To determine stats for STR, DEX, CON, INT, WIS, and CHA, you must roll 4 d6. Make sure to add the space. Then, add the 3 highest values together. The result is the number for one of the 6 stats. Repeat the 4 d6 5 more times, skipping the lowest number and adding up the other three. After doing that, you have the easy part: Fort, Reflex, and Will saves.
To do these, just pick Bad (free), or Good (8 points). To get the true bonus, add CON for FORT, DEX for Reflex, and WIS for will. Then, add the bonus you get from your bad or good progression, and there you go.
To recap, Mod Related to Save + Bonus from progression = Save bonus. Then there's Attack bonus. Pick Worst for free, Bad for 4 points, Mid for 8 points, and Good for 16 points.
Then, add that bonus (depending on level) to DEX bonus for ranged attack, and add that bonus to STR bonus for Melee Attack. Not that both of these are bonuses.
Next, we have Defense. Pick Worst for 0 points, Bad for 5 points, Mid for 10 points, Good for 20 points.
To calculate Defense (AC), add 10 + Defense Bonus + DEX bonus. Next, with any points you want to spend, put 3 points in Damage Reduction in order to get 1 DR. More coming soon, but I hope this helps.

Section 3--Missions, Transportation, and other things.

After your registration is approved, you may apply for an open mission slot. These slots have to do with the current 'theme' of the time. Some missions pay out more, some require many people, and others may have weird needs. After you've picked the mission, you and other Questers (if they applied with you) must take one of the many different modes of transportation. The warp room costs money to use, but is free for the first 5 uses. Renting CACs also costs money, but less. Other types of transportation carry a flat 50 coin fee per round trip. You then do the mission, encountering enemies, items, and other characters. Once the mission is over, you get the reward, plus any deductions or bonuses you may have accrued, and then are given a free trip home. Afterwards, you may do various things, include talk to team mates, buy items, etc.


Section 4--Leveling up/Gaining Levels

We get down to the matter of EXP. Depending on how much you participate in sessions and which ones you join in, you get varying amounts of HP. Below is a level up chart.

Section 6--Punishments

This entails Punishments and how to avoid them.

There is to be no sexual discussions, material, ect in the room itself. Please try not to curse too much, as it gets tiring afetr a while. Do not spam, advertise, or force religion on anyone. There is to be no out of game gambling on events or such... not that many people do that. Please do not attempt to find loopholes and then use them to gain unfair advantages, and please inform the current GM of the loophole. THERE ARE TO BE NO HATE GROUPS OR "ANTI" GROUPS. Do not overuse color, big text, or any sort of text modifier, as it also gets annoying. Do not use scripts that tell us where you are when yer AFK, or what you're listening to, because NO ONE CARES.

The first time any of the above are done by you, you get one warning. Then a kick. Then a ban for one hour. Then banned for a day. Then akicked... although chance of coming back is still possible if you shape up. After that, if you misbehave again, you will be banned for life.
