Yeah I know.  Wait a minute there is something familiar about the author.  I can't think of it now but I know it will come to me.

  Okay.  On my way here I dropped by Area51 you know the Sci-fi district and I found this neat little device.  Here let me show it to you guys.

and don't seam to be effected by the blast

I don't know.  It has something to do with this device.  I am going to go into Nintendo Land to see if I could find anyone who can help.

Diddy there is no reason to worry.  We just have to wait for Blob to come back with help.

Suddenly a Metroid appears and it goes after

Hmmm, that problem sounds peculiar could you tell me what exactly what caused this transformation.

Hmmm, I will have to study this device to see what it is.
to Dr. Light takes forever to study things lets go play Nintendo while we wait.

Meanwhile, finishes explaining to the Kong Klan on what happened to everybody
...so Blob has left to find someone to help change them back to Normal.
It's alright.  You can wait for that Blob guy to come back.  And we will come back next episode when everything is okay.  Okay everybody lets go back to the Kong Country.

meanwhile has finished examining the Device
I have concluded that this is a time altering device.  It's designed to alter the Time-Period of everything and everyone in the area it was activated.
But why wasn't I or Yoshi effected?
  Yoshi wasn't effected because he is a Dinosaur and he is from approx. the same Time-Period as the cavemen.  And wern't effected because you were the one controlling the device.
  Oops Sorry.  Well we have to go and help them right away!
(looking at his watch) Sorry no can do.  This episode has taken too long as it is we will have to wait 'til the next episode.  Plus I have to invent a force field to prevent us from the effects of the rays.
Oh well.  Hey Mega want to continue playing Nintendo?
