Mario Sponge- Just when you thought you'd seen every weird Mario-related product, they hit you with something like this. Ummm, it's a sponge... shaped like a Red Game Boy (interesting note: Red game boys weren't being made when this sponge was produced). The screen of the sponge features a scene from SML2 in full color, along with some Japanese text (I'm assuming this only came out in Japan). While this is an interesting little toy, I'd realyl like to see a fully functional, waterproof gameboy that could play SML2 in the shower. Anyway, this could be collectible in the US because it wasn't sold here, but ifyou buy it make sure it isn't used (ewwwww). See also Mario shower head.
