Story:
Being a compilation of games, there's a whole mish mosh of stories here. Basically the save the princess from bowser in SMB, SM2(j) and SMB3, and save sub-con from Wart in SMB2.
Mario's Role:
He's the main character in all these games. Big role for a secondary game, but eh!
The re-vamp:
While it's no more than 4 previous games, All-stars has some add-ons that make it much more than a sum of it's parts. First of all, you can save it after an level and come back to any world you want!!! Secondly, the graphics are SOOOOOOOO much better. The graphics are more than just black or blue with clouds, and the characters benefit from more colors. The sound is also now in 16-bit with extra sound channels. This and the addition of the lost levels (never before in America) makes it worth buying for any Mario player.
Enemies:
All the enemies from all the games it has are there. Nothing new from any of them.
Ending:
Again all the endings from all the games. This fature isn't too interecting I know, but I'm tired and do't want to work to hard.
