Rebuttal to "The DK connection"
By Kaptain Koopa

In 1981 in the game Donkey Kong, Mario was actually named Jump-Man (unless you mean later that year in America) and he was not Italian or a plumber. Mario was born in the Mushroom Kingdom where later his parents sent him and his brother (Luigi) to the real world of Brooklyn. In Brooklyn his new parents spoke in an Italian accent where he would learn it from them. So he isn't from Italy, thus, making him not Italian. Back then he was also a carpenter, not a plumber. I don't know what you were thinking by "Italian plumber".
