This is about a day or two late but if you want your kicks on the upcoming Wario: Master of Disguise DS until it's release then I suggest you check this one out. 1Up has the imported version of the video game and has posted a review of it for your viewing pleasure. Here's a quick sample from the review itself: Wario quickly puts the touch screen through its paces; as per usual, transformation is his greatest weapon. Unlike previous adventures, though, it's not collisions with bad guys that allow Wario to change shapes but rather a magic wand that he swipes from an elderly magician. (No one ever said Wario was nice.) The wand enables seven different transformations acquired gradually over the course of the quest. Changing forms is simply a matter of drawing the appropriate symbol over Wario; there's no magic meter to worry about, no limited allocation of points or consumables. It's possible to change at any time, provided you can scribble the necessary symbol in the heat of the moment. Enjoy. - Report By Gage at 1:55 PM Wednesday, January 24, 2007

Shigeru Miyamoto has been announced as the keynote speaker for the 2007 Games Developer Conference being held on March 8th. IGN has posted a quote which will detail on what Miyamoto's center of focus will be: In his keynote address at the 2007 Game Developers Conference, Shigeru Miyamoto will reveal how a singular creative vision drives his work, not only in terms of his world-renown software, but also in generating key technologies, including the current global phenomena, Nintendo DS and Wii. And he will challenge the audience to apply his approach in their own distinctive styles. However, more importantly, this speaking may introduce more video games or software for the new Nintendo Wii or the Nintendo DS! Mario? Zelda? Donkey Kong?
