Mario Action Figures - The new age look...for Mario? Not quite, but these new action figures do update the worn out figurines of yesteryear into a hip, stylish Mario. The toys were debuted on August 18th, 1998 at the San Diego comic-con in the Toy Biz booth. Pictured with Mario are Boswer and Yoshi. The producers seemed to pay attention to detail, and all three figures look extremely polished (esp. when compared with a lot of the chaep Mario knock-offs out there). While the Mario and Koopa figure have only slight difference from previous toy's of them the Yoshi doll has a completey exagerated look, with the feet and the snout blown up to huge proportions! The Bowser figure looks like the only one with moveable limbs (the legs). If your looking for Mario items, this is about as new as you can get, and the quality of their craftsmanship looks very high, suitable for display. Any true Mario fan would be remiss not to run out and get these. About the site. All Rights Reserved. All content contained herein is property of SMBhq.
