Super Mario Sunshine-OK, so I don't know if is physically in the game, but they do say that the FLUDD was made by Gadd as well as having other references to Professor E. Gadd.

If it wasn't for him, Luigi would have to put all of the ghosts he found in a large sack. As a result, the game would have been a lot lamer and more difficult.
If it wasn't for him, Mario would have to clean up all of the pollution with a rag. Now how much fun would THAT have been?

He's funny. No matter if you are laughing with him or at him.
