SCENERIO #1 - Robbery at the Pasta Store
THE CRIME
It was a sunny afternoon, Mario was walking to the store to buy some
pasta. Just before he reached the store, Mario was bonked on the
head. When Mario came to, his wallet was gone.
THE SUSPECTS
Bowser: He insists that he didn't need to steal another wallet.
Wario: He says that he spent the whole morning sleeping and couldn't have possibly robbed Mario
Luigi: He swears that he was getting plumbing supplies, mostly pipes. Plus, we wouldn't rob from his own brother.
THE RESULTS

Here is what really happened:
The police concluded that Wario was the perpetrator, since his
aliby stated that he was only sleeping in the MORNING and he could
definitely have robbed Mario in the AFTERNOON. Luigi was also
questioned, as to how he was going to use the pipes. Luigi said
that they were for his bathtub.
SCENERIO # 2 - KIDNAPPING OF PEACH.........ES FRIEND.

THE CRIME
Toad,
royal mushroom retainer has been missing for the last few weeks. His
disappearance has caused him to miss the royal trip to Delfino Isle. A
kidnapping is suspected.
THE SUSPECTS
Toadsworth:
Toadsworth may not have be a royal mushroom advisor if not for Toad's
disappearance. He is the main suspect. Comment:"Toad was a good friend
of mine and I have a portion of the mushroom force trying to locate
him. Of course, I did not kidnap him!"
Bowser: Bowser, worldwide
evil-doer, is naturally a suspect. Comment: "I can't tell one mushroom
from another! They're almost identical! Now if you excuse me, I have to
punish my goomba guard for letting you in here."
Wario: Wario,
villan and all out greedy guy, was already convicted for a past crime.
Comment: "I didn't take Mario's wallet, it's a conspiracy! Oh, wait.
Toad? Who's Toad?"

Here is what really happened:
Bowser claims he can't tell one MUSHROOM from another, then goes to punish
his GOOMBA guard. Goombas are a type of mushroom, in the same family as
toads. When questioned about this, Bowser attempted to escape. He didn't get
more then a few hundred feet before he got a faceful of Mario's shoe. In
true to his standard actions, he distracted Mario with a key and made his
escape.
The key was identified as the key to the Royal Mushroom vault. As it turns
out, Toad was guarding the vault when Bowser stole the keys to it and opened
it. Toad spotted him and Bowser panicked and locked Toad inside.
SCENERIO # 3 - Luigi Kidnapped.

THE CRIME
Mario
and Luigi was going in the pasta store. Then before they could enter, a
brick landed on their head, causing them to get knocked out. When Mario
got up, Luigi was gone!
THE SUSPECTS
Bowser: He is evil, and he does hate the Mario Brothers. Comment: "I didn't! I would kidnapped the Princess instead!"
Daisy: Certainly, she is
like the Princess, but likes Luigi instead. Comment: "I would never in
my whole life kidnapped Mario! Luigi? I like him, but I wouldn't
kidnapped him!
Waluigi: He is Luigi's
enemy, so it must be him. He hates Mario also. Comment: "I hate Luigi,
but I don't want to kidnapped him right now. In fact, I didn't thought
of it yet!

Here is what really happened:
Waluigi thought he could get away with it, but he was playing dumb. He wanted to so that Wario could stand a chance when he fights Mario. He threw Luigi in the bag, and ran, but he got caught doing it after he done it.
