Ahh...I remember the good old days. I always watched that cartoon: the
Super Mario Bros. Super Show. Before that, I watched Johnny Quest while
I wait for it to come on. I'd watch the weather with Al and he'd say
that it's on. I used to always dance to that theme song. I even LOVED
the Mario. The Legend of Zelda was also good. I even rember watching it
while I was sick. I enjoyed it ALOT!!!! I even rember that fun line in
the episode "The Great Gigantic Gig", it was "Slow down!!!!! We're
hungry!!!!!!!!!!" I laughed histerically!!!!! Ahh...the good old days!!!
My good memories are reading these memories at your site while I eat my supper. Whenever I finish reading a memory that I wish to read, I take a bite out of my turkey grilled cheese sandwich. Those are my most
fondest memories.
Me and my best friend, Kyle (we never got into a single argument) were playing Mario Party 3 at his house. He landed on the space where Luigi was (he was Mario) and got into a duel. The game was called tick tack
tock or whatever. Anyway, Kyle and Luigi had a looooong duel. At last, it ended and both Kyle and Luigi
ended up falling sky high and clutching their butts and screaming. Because of what happened, me and Kyle
laughed hysterically over it!!!! Funny! ::laughs REAL hard:: HICUPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
October .31. 2002. I remember how great I did on this Halloween in Mario Party 3 at my best friend's house. After we went trick-or-treating, I decided to play Mario Party 3. I went on Kyle's (my best friend) file and
discovered that he already won! Then suddenly, that stupid idiot named Wario (by the way, I was Mario!) came
up and said that he wanted it. So I had to duel Wario! I was SOOOOOOOOOOOO excited to finally get to fight
Wario after all these years of struggling with him in dozens of tries in Wario Land games and in SML2: the 6
golden coins! The duel went GREAT for me. I had the most coins and I also won a Game Guy mini-game the first
time I tried!!!!!!! ( : Wario didn't have so many heart pieces and at a mini-game, a train mini-game where
you had to choose where to go, We both kept going the wrong way when I finally figured it out and went left
while I left Wario falling and having to start all over again! I was creaming him!!!!!!!! At last I
won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!! I didn't get to save it though. BUT I DID GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a good memory,well...it's good luck and a kind of weird one too though. One day i was playing Super Mario 64 when i was on the last bowser and hit him two times with the bombs.I had 0ne life left on the
scale,i thought i wasn't going to win and i never held bowser and spun him as fast as i can,so i knew i
wasnt going to win and i did it.Just as i was going to let go of the button and watch him fly,my cousin snuk
up behind me and...RAR! scared me.When he did and i was just going to slap him,i still cant beleve this,i
let go and bowser flew and hit the last bomb!WOW!and i still cant beleve it! (even though i was so happy,i
did slap him anyway!) (:
I guess this is a good memory. On Nov. 12 (my birthday) I had my 12 birthday party and got super Mario sunshine. I always wanted to get it, so I started to play it. My Mom said my 4 and half year old "cousin"
Fredric was coming over (he is so stupid, one time i was teasing him and he slapped me, it felt like a
peble, he's so weak). Later i started to play super Mario sunshine and he came in my room and
watched me. He said he wanted to play, i said no way! He said he'd pull the plug if i didn't. NO!!! I said
and just as he was going to pull it, i quickly paused the game and took my fake rock (it wheighed 1 and a
half pounds) and threw it at him. He thought it was real and ran out of the room crying (what an idiot
huh!?!) Little kids are soooooooooooooooo anoying!!!!!
A week ago I got luigis mansion and beat it in 4 hours and didnt get a game
over! And I even beat "bowser" the first time!
One time, I was playing "Super Mario 64". My brother Ryan, wanted a turn, so I gave the controls to him. We restarted the N64, and he went to one of his files, file b. He had about 37 stars, so he decided
to go to the "Dire Dire Docks" course. He swam into the subpen, and jumped to the ledge that had a metal
cap block, and a vanish cap block. First, he just got the metal cap, swam through five of the center rings
through the jetstream, and walked into the center of the jetsream, then got the star! He then reentered the
course, and this time, when he got to the same ledge, he got both the metal cap and the vanish cap. He sunk
to the pen floor, then walked to the underwater cage, and walked through the cage and got the star! I spoke
to him about the combination of the vanish cap and the metal cap a few minutes after he turned the system
off for the day and we decided to watch tv. I stated that it had very useful power and if there was to be a
name for this powerful combo cap, it would be the "Varnish cap". You see, it is a runoff on vanish, and
like how metal could use varnish, at times. Ryan then stated that it would be interesting if the varnish
cap could also be used to shoot poisonous varnish and other related chemicals at enemies. We thought about
all that for about 2 minutes. Then he commented about koopa shells getting a varnish upgrade in the game.
Five days later, I played the game and got the two stars I previously mentioned by myself. I did use the
cap combo previously mentioned. Then I went to "Wet-Dry World". I went to the downtown section, then got
on the highest platform. I collected the metal cap there, then dived into the water, drained it out with
the crystal tap, then ran to the blue block and got the vanish cap! I sure was quick then. Now, I once
again had my "Varnish cap", in a different course. Once I then collected all seven stars[including the
hundred coin star], from "Wet-Dry World", I selected "Save and Quit". I was done with the game for the day.
Wow, what an adventure I had! I then sat back and relaxed in front of the tv, on that sunday, at 3:50.
Once I had this "dream" about Mario. He was with alot of different
nintendo characters like a Pikachu with an N64 sign on a party hat it's
wearing. Well, a few minutes later. Peach said "Whooooo????" and they
all taunt. Then, once again she said "Whoooooooooo????" Suddenly, she
said "It's him!!!!" and the camera turns to Bowser and the Bowser theme
from Super Mario 64 came on. Bowser grabbed the princess. While they
were all trying to save her, Luigi and Wario jumped over a cliff and
these balls pop outside them and they were trapped into balls and fell
down a cliff and in a river (the river was under the cliff). Then I woke
up. How strange!!!!
All right, this may sound crazy, but it all started one time when I played GTA2[Grand Theft Auto 2].
I was walking up the street[in district 2], when I hear this person say "hey, pizza head". I heard it again
for quite a few more times. Then I talked to my brother, Ryan about it and he claimed he didn't hear the
phrase as much as I did. On a following day at school, I spoke to my friend Adam about the phrase. He said
he heard it a lot of times, and he heard them say it in the game, like "heeeeey, piz-zaaheeeeaaad." So 3
definitions we came up for the term pizza head were 1. someone in the pizza business[pizza delivery guy,
cashier, etc.]. 2. someone with acne. 3. someone that does real dumb things, like bounce around traffic
cones, or perhaps bounce around paper bags on their legs. About 4 days later on I was playing a Mario game,
SMW3 to be exact. I was at a ghost house when I noticed the boo buddies' arms were stretched outward, in a
triangle shape, like pizza[and their bodies were puffed out too]. So now whenever I see a boo buddy[or any
other kind of boo or ghost from the Mario series], I tend to say to the tv screen[or any other kind of pc
monitor]at them, "heeeeey, piz-zaaheeeeaaad." Or, I might say, "heeeeey, piz-zaaheeeeaaad, you're
bus-teeeeaaad!" Wow, the times with my pizza head slogans. My friend Adam though, he too got a kick out of
the phrase, and said it to our friend, Jay. Jay said "WHAT?! Stop making fun of my acne!" Adam repeated the
phrase. Jay got all steamed, like a pizza being cooked! Next thing me and Adam heard from Jay was,
"AAAAAHHHHHH!" Boy, was he steamed! He almost charged at Adam! Now, a few days later, I talked to my
friend Brien, at lunch. He said that on his bus, when he and his friends on that bus go home from school,
he mentioned how they would open thier windows, then one of the guys says, "now ready, aim, fire!" You then
would see all the boys throw many items, like rulers, calculators, protractors, pens, pencils, staplers,
binders, food leftovers, you name it! He said they do that when mainly passing parking lots. I said,
"sounds like a bunch of pizza heads and pizza head activity! I mean, you're in the parking lot, and next
thing you see, is all of this and that catapulted out of the windows on the bus! The items that hit the
parked vehicles sound like 'dee-dee', 'clunk', 'wham', etc." He said, "well, its very interesting though!
One time, a stapler hit so hard it broke a windsheild wiper on a car, with help from 3 other thrown items!
And a baseball once broke a window!" So we talk a few more times about this pizza head activity, about
putting dents in parked vehicles. Me, Adam, and Brien were at Taneytown memorial park, for the eighth grade
picnic. It was our very last school year, or even days in life together, and I brought up the subject.
Then Brien said that they still do that on the bus, and then he mentioned a few more related pizza head
activities, like driving down the road, 60 MPH, car coming the other way, when just about to pass, throws
baseball at the car passing, breaks windsheild very easily! Or the same thing, this time, throw fireworks
at passing car's windsheild![still 60 MPH] Or, get a hot wheels car, attach it with fireworks so that it
will thrust itself up with fireworks, then flings itself! Another pizza head activity was mentioned by
Steve. He said to get about 25 barrels filled with gunpowder, with 25 sticks of TNT, and lots of other
explosives. Then get a lot of gunpowder, sort all the explosives out, within the area, then create a
straight, continuous line with the gunpowder, from the explosive point and end about at least a thousand
yards away. Then get out a match, light it, throw it in "Old Mario Brothers Fasion" at the straight
gunpowder line at the away end point, then once the sizzle starts, run for it! Once the sizzle hits the
explosive end, it all explodes! Be sure to be aways off, especially if alcohol, gasoline, fuel, were to be
in the explosive area. I will never forget the times with my friends and the Mario methods for finding new
terms, for "pizza head."
I won't ever forget the time when I talked with my brother, Ryan about the "Varnish cap" in "Super Mario 64". Shortly after the conversation, I saw the episode of "King of the Hill" I just mentioned in the
varnish cap conversation, when Hank got hallucinations from applying varnish to the clock. Weird!
Once I bruised my arm when I fell off my bike. My parents took me to the hospital. But when we were at the waiting room, I saw a guy bringing in a TV with an N64!
Once I was hanging around a website called the Mushroom Kingdom (TMK). I was
hanging around a section when I found out that Mario made a cameo in Animal
Crossing! I looked and it showed that Kappi Turtle was singing songs for the
whole trip in the GBA island boat and one of them was the Mario theme. He
asked the stupid looking guy if he can sing and he said that Mario can't
sing. What? Mario can sing! Does he work for Bowser or something (Bowser is
a koopa who is a turtle) (Kappi must be one of the koopa troopas! Weird,
huh?) ???!!! And I also learned that whenever Rover the Cat talks to Tom
Nook on the phone, he starts the conversation with "It's-a-me," and Mario
made other cameos in that game. Interesting and Weird!
Once I was playing Mario Party 3 for the first time at the rockingham mall
in Sears. It was Wario's turn and he stepped on a Bowser space. Bowser
appeared and asked him what his name was. Wario lied and chose that he was
Waluigi. Then when Bowser spoke to him, he called him Waluigi. Weird! (Note:
Wario's pink nose has just grown and is now the size of Godzilla!!!)
Okay, at school I learned about a hockey player from the Boston Bruins named Mario Lemiux. I learned that he was nicknamed "Super Mario". Anyway, I learned that once he was facing the Penguins and I think he won. Well, I played Super Mario 64 and I learned that you could race a penguin!!!!!! I think that this means
that, THE MARIO BROS. AND THE PENGUINS ARE RIVALS!!!!!!!!!! Interesting.
This weird memory is so unbeleveable i cant stand it,and it REALY HAPPENED too.PLEASE READ THIS! My second cousin died 4 days ago and he was realy close to me,i have a mario and bowser action figure and he always loved to put them in to postions behind my back, like mario on top of bowser. One day i was playing SM64 when i got to the 1 bowser,my action figures were right behind me on my desk,i had two lifes left,my door was
locked,my parents wher sleeping,it was 5:50 on a saterday,my brother was at a sleep over and no supost to
come back till 7:00 and i was still sobing from my cousins death.I was playing i heard a shuffling behind
me.I had no intention of looking behind me because i was playing ,DUH,and i thought it was my mom and i
yelled "QUIET!"the shufling stoped. And because i wasnt destracted,at that exact moment i died because bowser
stomped on me.Then i heard a quiet sniker."look what you made me do now mom,im allready upset about
jonny!"(my cousins name)Then i looked down.MY MARIO ACTION FIGURE WAS UNDER BOWSER!"what in the..."I thought
obout my cousin and bursted into tears. But then,i started laughing.
I asked my mom if she was up.And guess what i she said"NO!"I CAN NOT BELEVE IT HAPENED.Now i know that my
cousen is there when ever i play the game.*SNIF*(':
Okay, me and my brother, since we both have GBAs, dedcided to to the multiplayer Super mario arcade game on Mario world and yoshi's island for GBA. When we started, our players heads were mixed up. My brother's head was a koopas, and mine was baby bowsers (I was using Yoshis island). We found that I could breath fire and he could dive inside his overalls, like a shell. Every time after that we linked up mario world and Yoshis
island, we could choose witch baddies head we had. We tried it on our friens gameboys, and it doesnt work.
It's really cool! Goomba heads could bite, koopa heads turned the overalls into a shell, Bowser heads
breath fire, goonie heads could fly, monkey heads could spit water mellon seeds, and (This is odd) we could
do a yoshi head, and those could use any power listed above!
Once, at LPS (Learning Prep School), after a field trip, when we were in our homeroom, the
teacher let us play our Game Boys. Well, my friend, Max Aubrey was playing his Super Mario
Advance 3 and he let me watch. He was at King Bowser's Castle. (He already beat the game)
Well, he went through a magic ring and I thought it was a midway gate. (Now when he dies,
he'll start back at the midway gate. SUPER!!!) That wasn't the weird part. He went through a red
door which looked like a door that should've led to one of the rooms in the gingerbread man's
house. That wasn't the weird part either. Well, I always heard from people that Kamek sounded
like a drunken frog, but his voice didn't sound like it at all. This is one of the weird parts. Baby
Bowser came up and called Yoshi a "green donkey". Weird, huh? I compared Yoshi to a
donkey for the rest of the day.
This is just WEIRD! One night, I had a weird dream about my Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World. I had just beaten Roy Koopa of Castle #9. (I was sleeping in Mom's room 'cause I was scared) I went to Chocolate Island 1 when suddenly this koopa kid carries the castle and brings it to Mario! As this happened, the goal
music (except a little different) came on. When this happened, I woke up. Weird, don't you think???!!!
I was playing super Mario bros. 1 and instead of the normal Mario duck hunt screen it was the Mario starting screen and Mario goombas koopas and block like glitches were in water there was no ground just water and goombas koopas and marios not to mention block like glitches just kept falling in a water backround as soon
as i pressed the start button evrything was normal .....weird.
This is really weird! And this is a double Mario memory! The second one is similar to Lemmy Koopa's. I was playing Mario Party 2 on Thanksgiving and we were playing Look Away. All my 2 sidekicks (Yoshi and Peach) were out. (I was Mario and my opponent was Luigi) It was on the last note. (That means I have to avoid him
one last time) Suddenly, I looked the same way as him! BUT...I wasn't out! I won! Weird! Another weird
memory was at the same time. We were playing Shy Guy Says. I was fighting Luigi. I got the right one and he
got the wrong one! The shy guy shot him down...BUT HE ALSO SHOT ME DOWN!!!!!!!!!! I never knew Shy Guy hated
Mario so much. I wonder if the game was glitched or if that always happens...
I remember that one time, my family could not get through the castle in world 8 in SMB3. We kept trying and we just kept going in circles. One day we met this guy who was crazy (or so we thought), we asked him about the level and he said something about the second door, we thought that he was drunk or something, but he was
right. One day, years later, I played that level again an I found a P-switch, When I pressed it, two doors
appeared! I went through the second door and, sure enough, it led to the boss!!
A few years ago, when I was about 7, me and my family took our annual near-Christmas trip to Florida to see my grandma-in-law. Well, this time, there was this fundraiser thing at the church, where you give them a
certain amount of money and they give you these tickets that you can use for the stuff there, and in one
room, there was an N64 (it had just come out around then) with several games. (I'm not even start on how the
kid who owned the N64 ripped me off) First, (or maybe second, my memory's not that great) I played MK64. I
played as Peach, (the first time I ever saw her called that) and the 3-D stuff was really hard for me to
figure out, especially in this cave. Then I played SM64. The kid said, "Well, you can't really die in this
game, so tell ya what: I hafta go to the bathroom now, and when I get back, you stop. 'K?" First of all, I'm
almost 99% sure it didn't have the 'play with Mario's face' screen. Second, It started out in first-person
view. Third, the castle was totally gray, (looked more like Bowser's castle, only without the neon sign) the
moat was empty, and the bridge looked like it was made out of wood. Fourth, when I went in, it switched to
third-person view. Fifth, I couldn't find the door to get back out. Sixth, it looked NOTHING like it's
supposed to. Seventh, Toad said what he's supposed to say next to the Hazy Maze Cave entrance. Eighth, when
I found my way to a world, (I forgot how I got there) the painting looked kind of like a snow level, (but
not the snow level paintings in the real SM64) and when I went in, it was just a strip of ice, with a wall
on the right and a bottomless pit on the left. Ninth, when I jumped down the bottomless pit, I got thrown
out of the painting and lost some health points. Tenth, when I died, (contrary to what the kid said) I saw
Mario's head spin around for awhile, and then he said, "Whooohooohooo...., game over!" in a Barneyish voice,
and there were three buttons underneath his head. Weird, huh? (Since then I have gotten SM64 for myself.)
I was at Danny's Super Mario Site and I found out that in the fall a new Mario cartoon will air on when cartoon network airs the old cartoons(they might)! I was hopeful. I watched cartoon network every day. BUT
THEY DIDN'T SAY A SINGLE WORD ABOUT SMBSS, SMB3, OR SMW!!!!!!!!!!!!! STUPID CHANNEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ::mocking
phrase:: Coming up next...IT'S CRAP! BOMMEL BY CRAP! ONLY ON FARTOON NETWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man, I need those
cartoons. I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to sew cartoon network FOR NOT AIRING
THOSE CARTOONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, I have a stupid brother named Justin (you already knew that, right?). He ALWAYS makes fun of Mario and I hate it!!!!!! I really, really, hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is soooooooooo mean and
stupid!!!!!!!!!!! He even typed in a bad memory about me saying that I suck (I AM
Deven)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God, I hate my brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He always gives me wedgies,
calls me a loser, etc.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could JUST move away from him. And I'm SO jealous that EVERY
memory submiter has parents that play and like video
games!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY NOT
ME????????????????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Com'on! I deserve one
too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I remember once when at funworld, I got to play Super Mario World pinball! I did REALLY good at it and it was fun. But I didn't get to play it again. ):
I remember when i got smss for gcn. The game was way too easy. I beat it in less than 3 weeks( at a steady pace of an hour a day). Woopee fer me...|
