Games are grouped by system. If a game is on more than one system, it is listed in both sections.
Primary games are unmarked and are the ones that fit the regular Mario formula (i.e. Donkey Kong's/Super Mario Bros./World/Land)
Secondary games are marked with a (2nd) and let you control Mario, but don't fit the regular fomula. They are one step away from cameos (i.e. Super Mario Kart/Wrecking crew)
Cameo appearance are marked with a (cam). In these games, anyone could replace Mario with minimal difference in gamaplay (i.e. Tetris)
Other Mario characters games are marked with a (char) and have a character from the Mario universe, but don't star Mario (i.e. Donkey Kong 3, Yoshi's Safari)
